You will determine your AFR by doing the BIG10, which consists of 10 standardised assessments you can do in your gym, box, or garage. Since they may be conducted in ANY order and at ANY time, we suggest conducting them in a singular format in order to produce the best results in each and every assessment. There is no limit to the number of times you can re-take the assessments.
