Through a series of movements and workouts in the gym, you'll build a fitness profile that will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses

Fitness is measured in many ways, and so we’ve built your profile around strength, power, recovery, aerobic, anaerobic, and bodyweight movements.  We’ve even thrown in some benchmark workouts to test your ability to work on multiple elements within one session.

Establishing a Personal Fitness Profile will provide you with a benchmark against which you can compare future weeks, months, and years. As you improve, your PFP score will grow as a result of your dedication, consistency, and hard work.


ONE NUMBER

The PFP will keep you focused in the gym. It will provide you with a goal to work toward and something to train for.

It is the satisfaction of seeing progress that motivates us to keep training. The numbers don't lie, so if you see any increase in your PFP score, you are getting fitter.
