Fitness is measured in many ways, and so we’ve built your profile around multiple fitness modalities. We’ve even thrown in some benchmark workouts to test your ability to work on multiple elements within one session.
Establishing a Personal Fitness Profile will provide you with a benchmark against which you can compare future weeks, months, and years. As you improve, your PFP score will grow as a result of your dedication, consistency, and hard work.
