Archon works on the basis of having standardised testing through its range of assessments which include the categories of strength, power, agility, aerobic, anaerobic and bodyweight tests. Each assessment has been rigorously created alongside experts within each of their fields to ensure there is a standardised methodology to each criteria. In order to successfully complete any of the assessments, you and your clients must adhere to the criteria otherwise scores will be void.
These are a combination of aerobic and anaerobic assessments. Anaerobic features short, fast assessments that will tell you everything you need to know about how good you and your clients are and, what is needed to get better. Aerobic assessments will measure the engine of the individual, pure and simple.

Testing the speed at which an individual can react and change direction.
This section isn’t about how many plates an individual can stack onto the bar or how much it bends. It’s about finding out whether they can improve, and if so, by how much.
True strength can often be related to ones ability to manipulate ones own bodyweight against gravity. So with that in mind we have a number of bodyweight assessments for you to test your true strength against, once you have mastered your bodyweight then throwing some weights around the gym will seem easier than it ever has before.
